2 Day Bushcraft & Survival Course - April 16th to 17th 2022

You'll spend 2 days & 1 night outdoors during this course and delve into the fundamental skills of Bushcraft and survival. Your knowledge and experience will grow while you expand your ability to take care of yourself, out in the wild. You'll also meet likeminded people who share a love of the great outdoors!

Your instructors will guide you through; essential Bushcraft & survival theory, the vital equipment to carry (& what to leave at home), effective shelter systems for different environments, safe use of sharp tools (knives, axes, & saws), wood carving techniques, how to safely and easily light a fire, simple navigation techniques, water purification, basic tree & plant identification, and much more!

This introductory course is suitable for adults, but if a youngster is focused and keen enough then an accompanied child from 14 years of age will love this course too! (N.B. Places are a standard price on this course but family Bushcraft events, with lower prices for children and a lower age threshold, can be arranged separately by contacting us directly for availability.)

After a friendly welcome and a quick tour of the woodland venue, you'll get right into learning a variety of Bushcraft skills.

You won't need much kit and don't worry about your skill level. This course is designed as an introduction into Bushcraft and you'll learn all of the fundamental skills you'll need. However, this course will also suit Bushcraft enthusiasts, who already have a good foundation of knowledge, as it is taught by a high-level instructor who will develop anyone's understanding and ability, as well as their practical skills.
